- Individual Counseling – Individual Counseling or therapy is offered for people who are interested in solving the present life situations that are causing problems. Issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, alcohol abuse, divorce, grief, attention deficit disorder (ADD), relationship problems or codependency issues, are addressed in individual counseling.
- Marriage Counseling – Marriage Counseling or Couples Therapy is offered to couples who are struggling in their relationship. The couple may have a difficulty communicating, resolving problems, letting go of the past or finding common ground to build a successful relationship. After the initial assessment, we will develop a plan to assist you move to the place that you desire as a couple. Some of the benefits of marriage counseling is better communication, a deeper compassion for each other and learning how to support each other’s emotional and spiritual growth.
- Family Counseling – Family Counseling or Family Therapy is offered to families who want to develop a family system that is life giving to every individual in the family. He will assist you with communication problems, managing anger and improving relationships.
Dean is not a psychologist or psychiatrist, therefore he does not prescribe medication. If you need medication, he can refer you to a psychologist or psychiatrist, and work with them for your treatment.
